Wales: Plaid Cymru beats Reform UK in by-election

The populist, far-right Reform UK party had hoped to win big in a local by-election to the Welsh parliament but lost to the Welsh nationalists. But the biggest losers were Prime Minister Keir Starmer's Labour Party.
