A parliamentary inquiry on sexual abuse in France entertainment industry set to be released Wednesday found sexual abuse "systemic" and "persistent". The inquiry, led by feminist Greens MP Sandrine Rousseau, slammed a "cult of talent and creative genius" in France that enabled a culture of impunity.
