German conservatives insist they're the anti-AfD 'firewall'

The leaders of the CDU/CSU bloc, Friedrich Merz and Markus Söder, told supporters in Nuremberg that their victory would keep the far-right AfD at bay. But protesters across Germany are angry at the conservative leaders.
