During a visit to the White House, El Salvador’s president Nayib Bukele said he does not have the power to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States. Garcia is a father of three who had been living in Maryland and was recently deported to El Salvador. The Justice Department has said it was due to an “administrative error”.
