Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged gunfire for a second straight day on Saturday as relations between the two nuclear-armed neighbours plummeted to their lowest level in years. The gunfire exchanges came after gunmen carried out the worst attack on civilians in contested Muslim-majority Kashmir in years.
