Margot Friedländer on the 'hope for a better future'

In 2023, DW spoke with one of the then-oldest living Holocaust survivors, Margot Friedländer, who moved back to Germany in 2010 and regained her German citizenship. On May 9, 2025, Friedländer died at the age of 103.
