Bill Gates pledges to give away his fortune by 2045

Amid sweeping US foreign aid cuts, multibillionaire Bill Gates has said he will donate most of his wealth to meet urgent needs. He also slammed the role of fellow billionaire Elon Musk in ending critical aid programs.
