'The French Ingredient': American creates go-to French cooking school
For many lovers of France, moving to Paris and making a life here is a dream. American Jane Bertch took that dream and ran with it by creating the go-to cooking school in Paris, La Cuisine Paris. She's also the author of a book about the intense process to make that happen, entitled "The French Ingredient". In this edition of Entre Nous, Jane talks us through her French adventure.
