Russia claims its forces have reached Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region

Russia claimed on Sunday that its forces had reached the border of Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region and were pushing their offensive into the central-eastern industrial and mining hub, in what would be a symbolic and strategic setback for Kyiv. There was no immediate response from Ukraine to Russia's statement.
