UN: 9% of Gaza’s children have severe malnutrition

A new UN report said nine percent of Gaza’s children have severe malnutrition. Israel says food aid is entering Gaza but is not being distributed by aid groups, but those groups say it’s not enough. NBC News’ Matt Bradley reports.
