Up to 55 million offered for arrest of powerful gang leader

A federal grand jury has indicted one of Haiti’s most powerful gang leaders and a US citizen, known as “Barbecue”, accused of conspiring with him to violate US sanctions and fund gang activities in the troubled Caribbean country, the US Justice Department announced Tuesday.
