Two right-wing candidates head to second round of Bolivia's presidential elections
Centre-right senator Rodrigo Paz and right-wing former president Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga are headed to the second round of Bolivia's presidential elections following a first round of voting Sunday that brought an end to more than two decades of left-wing rule in the country. Nearly one in five voters turned in blank or spoiled ballots following a call to boycott the vote from former left-wing president Evo Morales, who was barred from running again.
