Development Tip #15: Stay calm
I’m a firefighter/paramedic who treats over 1,000 patients annually. The following is a
development tip one of my patients wanted to share with you.
My second patient today is a holocaust survivor. She lived through World War II. She hid in an
attic for three years to survive. Her and her family couldn’t go outside.
They barely had food to eat. Her tip? “Stay calm.”
