Development Tip #8: Have Pride

Having pride is normal. Part of pride can be fun, it can say “I’m confident in my job. I do it well, bring on the next scenario.” This level of pride is admirable and so it is important we find our own unique ways to maintain positive pride in who we are and the work we do.
What does having pride mean to you? And how do you prevent it from going overboard?
