Deaf TikTok star took her life after 'failure' by mental health service

A deaf TikTok star died because of failure by mental health services, a coroner has ruled.
Imogen Nunn, 25, died by suicide having struggled with her mental health since she was 13.
An inquest into her death heard that proper safeguarding measures were not put in place after Imogen told a nurse she had bought poisons for use in suicide.
Ms Nunn raised awareness of hearing and mental health issues on her social media accounts, which attracted more than 780,000 followers.
