Germany saw a sharp rise in the number of antisemitic incidents last year. That's according to new data just published by the German government in its annual report.

In 2024 more than 8,000 cases were registered, which marked a 77% percent jump on the previous year. There has been a noticeable increase since the October 7th terror attacks on Israel by Hamas in 2023. The report also concluded that antisemitism is widespread in Germany.
