At least two people dead after car ramming incident in Mannheim, Germany | DW News

Police sources say at least two people have been killed and several others injured in a car ramming incident in south-western Germany.

The incident took place in the city of Mannheim. Authorities say they have taken a 40 year-old German person into custody. Officials are asking the public to stay away from the downtown area. The incident comes during the region's carnival season, when crowds gather for parades.
