Russia targets Kyiv: Moscow says strikes are a response to 'terrorist acts'

Russia has launched a series of missile and drone strikes on Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, killing at least four people and injuring 20 others, according to the city’s mayor. The Russian government says the attacks are a response to what it calls “terrorist acts” on its territory.
