Gaza bombardment intensifies as Israeli strikes kill dozens, families mourn losses

The Israeli military continues to carry out its attacks across the Gaza strip, killing at least 66 Palestinians since dawn on Saturday. Civil defence crews and bystanders are scrambling to get to the more than 85 people believed to be trapped under the rubble of a residential block in Gaza City. An earlier Israeli strike on the building killed at least 16 people—including six children. Palestinians who lost relatives in the attack describe how it unfolded.
