Ukraine says latest POWs swap with Russia to go ahead after duelling words

A prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia that was due to start on Saturday is yet to begin.
Moscow has accused Kyiv of postponing the swap.
Ukraine denies the claim and says a date hadn't been decided, but now says it'll begin next week.
The warring sides approved the deal during ceasefire talks in Turkiye last week.

Al Jazeera’s Charles Stratford has the latest from Kyiv, Ukraine.
