Iranian missile struck Tamra in northern Israel, killing at least four Palestinian Israeli women

On Saturday, Iran launched a barrage of ballistic missiles towards Israel.
One of them fell on the city of Tamra, killing at least four Palestinian Israelis.
This video has been circulating online, showing a Jewish family cheering on as Iranian missiles fell on Palestinian homes.
Those killed have been identified as four women from the same family.
They included a mother and her two daughters.

Palestinian Israelis make up approximately 21 percent of Israel's population, that's roughly 2.1 million people.
There are almost no shelters in Palestinian Israeli towns and neighbourhoods, even though buildings constructed in Israel since the 1990s are required to include safe rooms.
Palestinians say there are also fewer Iron Dome interceptions over those towns and areas.

Sami Abou Shehadeh is a former Member of the Knesset. He's currently the leader of Balad, a left-wing Palestinian nationalist party, and he says Palestinian communities in Israel are not under the safety mechanisms provided to Jewish Israelis.
