'Putin must've been sitting in the Kremlin cheering' , Grant Shapps says

Sky's Ali Fortescue interviews former defence secretary Grant Shapps about the dispute between US president Donald Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

On 28 February, Trump criticised Zelenskyy for not expressing enough gratitude for U.S. support, while Zelenskyy defended his country's actions and argued that the US could do more to help.

Mr Shapps says the row was 'disgraceful' and that Putin 'must've been sitting in the Kremlin watching and cheering'.
