Un maire mexicain a été le héros surprise d'une jeune femme en train d'accoucher, coincée dans un véhicule au milieu de graves inondations. Miguel Zuniga, maire de la ville de Gonzalez et médecin de formation, participait aux opérations de secours en cas d'inondation lorsqu'il a reçu un appel d'urgence concernant une femme en train d'accoucher et incapable de se rendre à l'hôpital. L'armée mexicaine est alors intervenue pour aider à transporter la mère, le bébé et le maire vers un hôpital voisin.
