Texas flooding: Warning of more rain storms as death toll rises

There are warnings of more rain storms in Texas, as the number of people known to have died in flash flooding there rose to 69.

The Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, said 41 people were still missing across the State, and that there is a risk of more flash flooding in the next 24 to 48 hours.

President Trump has signed a major disaster declaration for the affected area, as details begin to emerge of those who have lost their lives.
