Texas flash flooding disaster: Local officials push for warning system upgrade

Flash flooding in the US state of Texas has left at least 104 people dead and more than 160 missing. The disaster struck on Friday, overwhelming local communities, washing away homes, and stranding residents. Local officials are calling for urgent upgrades to the warning systems to prevent future tragedies. Ingram, in Kerr County, is among the hardest-hit areas, where recovery and search efforts are ongoing.
