The Esports World Cup has kicked off in Saudi Arabia with teams from around the world battling to win the biggest prizes in the industry.

Ahead of the event, we caught up with Team Liquid's Levi de Weerd, who will be representing them by playing EA FC on the world's stage in Riyadh with a prize pot of $27m up for grabs for the best performing teams at the event.

He explains how their coaching set-up in the Netherlands has prepared him and his Team Liquid team-mates for the tournament.
