Western Europe saw hottest June on record | BBC News

Western Europe saw its hottest June on record, a climate change watchdog has said.

The European Copernicus Climate Change Service said temperatures in the region hit an average of 20.5C (68.9F).

It also said that last month was the third warmest June globally.
