Israel strikes military HQ after sectarian clashes in Syria

Israel says it has attacked Syria's presidential palace and another military target following sectarian clashes involving the Druze community and Syrian government forces.

Israel is home to a significant Druze community.

The attacks followed a breakdown in a ceasefire between the two groups.

However, critics say Israel is attempting a land-grab in southern Syria.
