French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot has urged Israel to grant foreign journalists access to Gaza, as the risk of famine deepens in the besieged territory. His remarks follow a warning from the AFP news agency that some Palestinian freelance reporters are now too weak from hunger to continue working, placing their lives in serious danger.
