Trump envoy arrives in Israel as '91 Palestinians are killed seeking aid'

At least 91 Palestinians have been killed and many more injured while seeking aid in Gaza, according to the Hamas-run health ministry.

The deaths happened as Donald Trump's Middle East special envoy, Steve Witkoff, arrived in Israel.

An American doctor working in Gaza urged Mr Witkoff to visit Nasser Hospital to witness the humanitarian crisis that is unfolding across Gaza.

He said the children he was treating were suffering "extremely severe malnutrition" and his colleagues "had not eaten for days".
