Blow to motorists as Supreme Court overturns key car finance ruling

The Supreme Court has ruled that lenders won't have to pay tens of billions of pounds in compensation to motorists.

Britain’s highest court overturned a Court of Appeal ruling that car dealers should have informed customers about commissions paid by UK banks when they arranged car loans.
