Texas House issues civil arrest warrants for Democrats who left the state

Texas Democrats prevented their state’s House of Representatives from moving forward, at least for now, with a redrawn congressional map. House Speaker Rep. Dustin Burrows urged Democrats to "show up to do their jobs."
