Bhutan builds 'Gelephu Mindfulness City' to boost its economy, curb brain drain

Bhutan has started constructing a new city on its border with India, as the tiny Himalayan kingdom tries to diversify its economy.
The Prime Minister says it will stop what he describes as an “existential brain drain” and could ultimately see Bhutan’s population triple to three million people.
