Israel's Netanyahu says wants to take control of all of Gaza, doesn't intend to 'govern' it

Prime Minister Netanyahu told Fox News that Israel does not intend to govern Gaza permanently but 'intend to take control', remove Hamas, and hand over administration to a new authority. He said no detailed military plan exists yet, ahead of a crucial cabinet vote.
