Trump says he will meet with Putin 'very shortly'

Donald Trump has said he will meet Vladimir Putin "very shortly".

The US president said "we're getting very close to a deal on Ukraine".

"I will meet very shortly with President Putin. The meeting would have been sooner but there are security arrangements that need to take place", he added.
