India-Pakistan floods: Death toll rises as more bodies are discovered

Disaster management authorities in Pakistan say the death toll from monsoon rains and flash floods in the north and northwest, has risen to at least 321.

Communities in the mountainous Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region are the worst affected.

In neighboring India, the government says dozens of people have been killed and at least 100 injured in Indian-administered Kashmir.
