Body cam: 4-year-old calls the police after his mom eats his ice cream

A four-year-old boy with a sweet tooth in Wisconsin called 911 to report on his mom for eating his ice cream. The officers dropped by last week to use this as a teaching moment for the boy to only use 911 for a real emergency.
