How long does it take to plan the removal of a whole town and its famous church? | DW News

A massive operation is underway in Sweden's far north to move a historic church from one part of town to another — not piece by piece, but in its entirety. This logistical challenge was necessary because local mining activity threatened the safety of the building if it were left standing in its original location.
