Texas electoral changes: State to vote on new boundaries for districts

A US state is poised to redraw voting boundaries that critics say "stacks the deck" in favour of US president Donald Trump's Republican party. The controversial plan for Texas could win the Republicans five more seats in next year's mid-term federal elections. Democratic party rivals are opposing the move.
