Spain wildfires burn vast land as temperatures drop but risks remain high

Spain is facing one of its most destructive wildfire seasons, with nearly 400,000 hectares of land already burned. While temperatures have started to drop in several regions, strong winds continue to challenge firefighting efforts and raise the risk of new outbreaks. Galicia, in northwestern Spain, remains one of the hardest-hit areas.
