What does Uganda get from accepting deported migrants from the US? | DW News

Uganda says it has reached a deal with the United States to take in deported migrants. The foreign ministry says the two countries are still working out the details of the agreement. Uganda is already home to Africa's largest refugee population, nearly two million people, mainly from neighboring countries.
