Gaza healthcare devastated: Field hospitals overwhelmed, doctors operate in tents

Even as the United Nations declares a famine, the Israeli military is calling up tens of thousands of reservists for its invasion of northern Gaza. It has ordered all doctors and health workers to leave. But temporary field hospitals in the south of the strip are already overflowing.
