Notting Hill Carnival security: Facial recognition technology raises concern

Revellers have been swarming onto the streets of west London for Notting Hill Carnival -- Europe's biggest street party.
This year, security has been tightened with the use of facial recognition technology.
Police say it helps identify anyone who poses a public safety risk, but activists say it unfairly targets people from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
