Boy, 10, says his friend was shot shielding him from bullets

The FBI says it is investigating the shooting as an "act of domestic terrorism" and a "hate crime targeting Catholics".

It also confirms the killer has been identified as Robin Westman, a male born as Robert Westman.

Weston Halsne, a fifth grade student at Annunciation Catholic School, says his friend Victor was shot while lying on top of him during the shooting at their morning Mass.
