Minneapolis Catholic school shooting: Police identify 23-year-old Robin Westman as shooter

The acting US Attorney for Minnesota says the gunman responsible for a mass shooting at a Catholic school church wanted to watch children suffer. Police have identified the shooter, who killed two children and wounded 18 others, as 23-year-old Robin Westman. Investigators are looking at his background and what motivated him to carry out the 286th mass shooting in the US this year.
