Guyana votes in elections amid oil boom debate and Venezuela tensions

Votes are being counted in Guyana's national election.
It's considered to be the country's most consequential vote in decades.
The next administration will oversee billions of dollars in annual revenues from recent oil and gas discoveries.
But the vote also comes as tension is on the rise over a territorial dispute with neighbouring Venezuela.
