A national day of mourning in Portugal after a deadly funicular crash | The World with Anna Botting

Watch The World with Anna Botting as Lisbon has closed all of its funiculars following last night's crash, which killed 16 people and left more than 20 injured.

Investigators have been sifting through the wreckage of the streetcar, trying to determine why the popular tourist attraction derailed.

Portugal has observed a day of national mourning. The Mayor of Lisbon says the city needs answers.
