Gaza’s Zeitoun district flattened, residents face total destruction

For weeks, the Israeli military has used explosive-laden robots, air strikes, and artillery fire to destroy buildings in Gaza City’s Zeitoun district. Once known for its bustling markets, olive groves, and close-knit community, the neighborhood is now effectively leveled. Residents face extreme hardship as homes and infrastructure lie in ruins. Access to water, electricity, and basic services is severely disrupted, and many are forced to flee.
