Israeli army hits high-rise building in Gaza City after issuing forced evacuation orders

The Israeli military has demolished another tower block in Gaza City.
A forced evacuation order had been issued for all of al-Ruya building residents.
Israel claimed Hamas was using the building as a lookout post.
But building managers say there were no military targets in the tower.
