What kind of damage has this done to the relationship between the US and South Korea? | DW News
A massive immigration raid in Georgia appears to contradict President Trump's border policies and his push to bring manufacturing back to America.
On September 4, officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) targeted a Hyundai factory. They arrested 475 people, most of whom were South Korean nationals. ICE has increased workplace raids as part of President Donald Trump's anti-immigration agenda and claims this was its largest raid to date. Following the raid, President Trump said there were "many illegal immigrants" at the site and urged foreign companies to respect U.S. immigration laws.
